Single Property Advertisment Options

1. Do it Yourself for £60 per year (approx. €65 / $95 US / $133 NZ) *
You create your own advertisement for a single property (eg. house for sale or long-term let) using our simple form system. You can have unlimited text, a link to your own or your agent's website, your own or your agent's phone number and up to five photos. You can edit your advertisement at any time, change text or photos and if you are an agent even change the property as often as you like. When you have sold your property you can change it's status to Sold or delete it completely.

2. We do it for You for £90 per year (approx. €97 / $143 US / $199 NZ) *
You simply email all of the required text and photos to us and we will create your advertisement for you. If you want to change the text or photos we'll do that for you too. When you sell your property just let us know and we'll either change it's status to Sold for a week, or delete the advertisement immediately. Advertisers preferring this option should use our Contact Form and we will send instructions.

Featured Property Advertisements

£300 for three months (approx. €325 / $478 US / $665 NZ) *
or
£100 (approx. €108 / $159 US / $221 NZ) administration fee plus a small commission (to be agreed) for a successful referral
We create featured property advertisements ourselves and provide advertisers with much more prominence, with an individual menu link on every page and banners linking to your feature. We also advertise your property on Google Base, linking back to your feature. Advertisers wishing to opt for this package should use our Contact Form and we will send instructions.

Multiple Advertisements for Agents

Price on application

This option enables agents or owners with multiple properties to advertise up to 20 properties at any one time. You can replace sold properties with newly available ones, therefore, as sea view properties usually sell quite quickly, over the period of a year many more than twenty properties can be advertised. Advertisers wishing to opt for this package should use our Contact Form and we will send instructions.

More than Twenty Property Advertisements

Agents wishing to advertise more than 20 properties at one time or over a longer period of time, should send their proposal via our Contact Form and we will quote a favourable rate.
