Single Advertisers 

When you sell (or let) your house, apartment, land, beach hut or business we would appreciate it if you could log in to edit your advertisement and change the 'Availability Status' from For Sale to Sold. We will be automatically notified that you have changed your advertisement, so no need to tell us, and will schedule it's removal within about 20 days. We like to leave sold properties public for a while to reassure potential advertisers that advertising does work and also because it gives frequently returning visitors an opportunity to see what's gone. We will of course remove your email address and contact details so that you do not receive unwelcome correspondence. After about 20 days we will remove the advertisement completely unless you request otherwise. If a property becomes 'Under Offer' please change the 'Availability Status' to 'Under Offer'.

Multiple Advertisers

If you have not reached your advertising limit, please change the availability status (as above) and leave as long as you choose. If you have reached your limit then simply overwrite the sold property with a newly available one. We will not interfere with your advertisements and your contact details will stay intact.
