Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom, family bathroom with built-in storage and a large landing with further storage. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with French doors opening onto a patio area and fully fitted kitchen/diner. The reception hall features storage and cloakroom. The third double bedroom features a built-in wardrobe.

The Argosy comes equipped with in-roof photovoltaic solar panels which benefit from HM Government's feed-in tariff incentives and air source heat pumps to take advantage of renewable heat incentives, both of which are currently guaranteed for the next 25 years.
