The Capstan is a typical two bedroom coastal cottage giving 633 sq feet of living space on two floors. The ground floor comprises a reception hall with cloakroom. The large open-plan living/dining room features a fully fitted kitchen and French windows opening on to a patio area. Upstairs the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. There is a further bedroom, bathroom and toilet, airing cupboard, landing and staircase to ground floor.
