We are located at Wreck Cove right on the Cabot Trail in Victoria County on Cape Breton Island and from our cottages you can visit any part of Cape Breton Island within a 2 hour drive.

We are ideally located for most of the activities that people come to the Island to enjoy. All outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, touring, kayaking, whale watches, beach combing, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, etc. are available right in our area, and most right from our property.

The oceanfront land will have from 600 to 1000 ft. of oceanfront and two fully furnished cottages (approximately 700 sq ft.) For those wishing to immigrate to Canada, the property can be bought as an existing business to expedite that immigration, or can be used for a large Oceanfront Estate.

Potential buyers will be invited to come and stay for 3 or 4 days free as my guest, and obviously, no obligation.
